The Most Pet Friendly Community effort focuses on fostering a culture of pet friendliness taken to the next level throughout our community. We are staking our claim that we are the most pet friendly city in America. Others will challenge our claim, but we will have to defend it. To do so, thousands of individual efforts by all of us within the Knoxville community will be required.
